Accommodation + Chef

Booking and Cancellation Policy for Accommodation and Chef Services

Payment Structure:

  • Reservation Fee: A fee amounting to 5% of the total amount is required upon booking.
  • First Payment: 45% of the total amount is due 60 days before the check-in date.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total amount is due 30 days before the check-in date.

Cancellation Fees for Accommodation and Chef Services:

  • 90 to 60 days prior to check-in: 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • 60 to 30 days prior to check-in: 35% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • 29 to 15 days prior to check-in: 40% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • 14 days or less prior to check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Adjustment Fees for Reduced Number of Conference and Accommodation Participants:

  • 90 to 60 days before the event: 20% of the total booking amount for the reduced participants will be charged.
  • 60 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount for the reduced participants will be charged.
  • 14 days or less before the event: 100% of the total booking amount for the reduced participants will be charged.

Standard Rules for Short-Term Rental Guests

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas may be provided outside.
  • No Pets: Unless previously agreed upon, no pets are allowed in the property.
  • Check-In/Out Times: Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times provided.
  • Guest Limit: Only the number of guests specified in the booking are allowed on the premises.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are typically between 10 PM and 8 AM. No loud noises or disturbances during this time.
  • No Parties or Events: No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed unless previously agreed upon with the property owner or manager.
  • Keep It Clean: Guests should maintain cleanliness and order in the property during their stay and dispose of garbage appropriately.
  • Respect Neighbors: Respect the privacy and tranquility of neighbors; avoid loud noises or disturbances outside the quiet hours.
  • Damages: Any damages to the property or its contents should be reported immediately. Guests may be held responsible for repairs or replacements.
  • Parking: If provided, use only the designated parking spot(s). Do not block driveways or inconvenience neighbors.
  • Illegal Activities: No illegal activities are allowed on the property. This includes drug use or any other unlawful behaviors.
  • Amenities Usage: Use provided amenities (like swimming pools, hot tubs, gym equipment) safely and responsibly.
  • Safety Precautions: Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
  • Lost and Found: Property owners are not responsible for personal items left behind, though they might assist in returning items when possible.
  • Report Issues: Any maintenance issues or concerns should be reported immediately to the property owner or manager.
  • Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, fans, heaters, and electronics when not in use.
  • No Alterations: Do not rearrange furniture or make any alterations to the property without permission.

 

Yoga Retreat

Registration fee:

To secure your place on the Yoga Retreat, a non-refundable registration fee of 600 SEK is required. This fee is separate from the total cost and must be paid at the time of registration.

Remaining amount:

The remaining amount must be paid in full no later than one month before the Retreat starts. If the Retreat is less than one month from the registration, the full amount should be paid immediately. We recommend that you pay on time to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation and refund:

If you cancel your participation 60 days or more than 60 days before the Retreat start date, we will refund the entire paid amount without additional charges except for the registration fee.

If you cancel your participation less than 60 days before the start date, the registration fee of 600 SEK will be refunded but not the course fee.

If for any reason you cannot attend the Retreat and can provide a valid medical certificate confirming illness or health-related reasons, we will refund the entire paid amount, including the registration fee.

Minimum number of participants:

The Retreat requires at least 6 participants to proceed. If this minimum is not reached, the Retreat will be canceled, and all participants will receive a full refund.

Below minimum number of participants:

If there’s significant interest from participants to proceed with the retreat despite the number of registered participants being less than the specified minimum, it’s possible to arrange the retreat under the following conditions:

Participants’ drive and commitment: It requires that the participants show a collective interest in proceeding with the retreat despite the lower number of registered participants. This might involve participants confirming their ongoing commitment and their willingness to contribute financially to cover the remaining amount required to hold the retreat.

Financial coverage: If the participants are willing to pay the remaining amount required to meet the minimum requirements for the retreat, the organizer might consider holding the retreat. It’s important to note that participants are responsible for covering the cost of the unoccupied spots to ensure the retreat can proceed in a financially viable manner.

Keep in mind that the arrangement of the retreat depends on the organizer’s approval, and participants need to confirm their commitment and payment of the remaining amount on time. This ensures that the retreat can proceed as per participants’ wishes, and the remaining costs are covered.

We encourage participants to communicate their interest and commitment to the organizer in advance, so suitable arrangements can be made to enable the best possible conduct of the retreat.

Please note that this is a proposed possibility, and the arrangement of the retreat will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on participants’ interest and the organizer’s assessment of feasibility.

Maximum number of participants:

To ensure an optimal experience and an intimate atmosphere, the maximum number of participants in the Retreat is 20 people. Bookings are made on a “first come, first served” basis.

Age limit:

Participants must be at least 12 years old. Please note that individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or have provided written consent.

Terms for delayed payment:

If payment for the retreat isn’t received within the agreed timeframe, an interest rate of 4-6 percentage points will be applied to the unpaid amount. The interest rate is calculated from the original due date until the date when the payment is received in full. This is to cover the costs and losses that arise due to delayed payment. We recommend that all participants make their payments on time to avoid this additional charge.
